omsa update

This all looks great, thanks.

The repo file is marked as %ghost in the %files list in the RPM. I've been waffling on exactly how to handle it. The RPM no longer has the repo file in the RPM, it is created by the bootstrap script and is updated by re-running the bootstrap script in the %post section. I've debated either taking it out of the RPM entirely but dont see a compelling reason.

Sure

dell-hw-specific-repository is gone.

One slight oddity. the dell-omsa-repisotory.repo file is there as you
can see, but

rpm -ql dell-omsa-repository

lists nothing.
