drac3 and transport failed

Just for the records, I wasn't able to workaround this problem remotely.
Only way which helped was going to the remote site, shutdown the server,
unplug the power for ~20 seconds so the DRAC will be turned off and the
power up the server again.

Everything works as expected after that.
