This seems rather odd.
What happens is that the dell-omsa-repository RPM re-runs the bootstrap during RPM install/upgrade to keep the yum repository config file up-to-date.
>From what I can tell, it looks like there may be a possible problem in the %post script in pulling out the proper URL for the bootstrap script. Can you please send me the output of the following commands (a subset of what the %post is doing):
Command #1:
grep ^bootstrapurl= /etc/yum.repos.d/dell-omsa-repository.repo
Command #2:
grep ^bootstrapurl= /etc/yum.repos.d/dell-omsa-repository.repo 2>/dev/null | cut -d= -f2-
