[official] OMSA 5.5 available in yum repositories

Hi All,

We now have OMSA 5.5 available in the Dell hardware repository. The
'latest' symlink now points to 'OMSA_5.5'. As of OMSA 5.5, this
repository is now an official distribution method.

The repository layout has changed slightly, instead of bootstrapping out
of the top level of the repository, you will now bootstrap out of the
repository that you choose:

'latest' will always point to the latest repository. Go to
http://linux.dell.com/repo/hardware/latest/
'latest_quarterly' will point to the latest major Open Manage release,
aligned with a quarter. If a slice release comes out, 'latest_quarterly'
will not be updated to point to it. Go to
http://linux.dell.com/repo/hardware/latest_quarterly/
If you wish to configure the OMSA_5.5 repository, and stay on it, go to
http://linux.dell.com/repo/hardware/OMSA_5.5/

At any point, you can switch by re-bootstrapping. Systems that are
already configured, are configured with 'latest' and will now be getting
OMSA 5.5. If you wish to change this, you can re-bootstrap using any of
the links above.

In the next few weeks, I'll add the new tools a few of the older
repositories.
