OMSA 5.4 LiveCD and PE T105

If you pass the linux all_generic_ide at the boot menu to the cd, does the
cd continue to boot? sata_nv is for Intel boards. The T105/R905 etc. need
the driver for the HT1100. I'm working on adding this to the next rev of
the livecd. I don't have either system to test against, but I stumbled
across a Red Hat kbase on the R905 with a suggested resolution.
