Can run openmanage on CentOS5 - /etc/omreg.cfg is missing or damaged

Someone wrote  about a simmiliar problem a while back, without any  
response.

Today I tried to install openmanage on a PE 1950/ CentOS5.2 x86_64  
using the bootstrap method.

During installation of srvadmin-all, I get:

Installing: srvadmin-storage             ####################### [13/34]
WARNING: srvadmin-storage configuration not performed;
          '/etc/omreg.cfg' is missing or damaged.

... and the webserver seems not to be running propperly on port 1311.

I installed srvadmin on many other machines, without this prob before.

Any ideas?
