I was thrilled to read this! Then I tried it. Doesn't work with
Fedora's "GCJ Web Browser Plugin (using IcedTea) 1.2" *sigh*

I'm also having trouble upgrading some DRACs, which had never happened
with 1.33 (this is 1.40). For one it told me "This Update Package is
not compatible with your system configuration." and after a reboot of
the RHEL5 32bit OS, it started the update then stopped after a few dots
with :

Yup, that's 3 times the same message :-) I've been updating the same
way I always do, with : sh RAC_FRMW_LX_R197962.BIN

I'll continue digging to see if there's any way to at least get the new
Java console redirection working with a free Java implementation.
