Increasing the size of a RAID5 on a PERC5/i

Hi,
I have a PE 2900 here with a RAID 5 covering all eight 250GB disks (including one hotspare). Unfortunately the OS, Oracle and the Oracle datafiles are all part of the same RAID 5. I know this isn't clever but please let me off, it was installed long before I joined the company :o)
Anyway, this machine is used for development (so isn't production critical) and is in somewhat acute need of extra space but preferably without having to reinstall. My manager has asked me if it is possible to swap each 250GB disk in turn with a bigger one, wait until the RAID 5 has rebuilt before swapping the next one and so on until all eight disks have bigger disks. Then is it possible to somehow rebuild the RAID 5 so as to use all the space of the disks.
If not, can anyone think of any other solutions without having to reinstall?
Thanks in advance,
Mark Baxter
