Nic teaming issue - Redhat Ent. 5

Aldo,

As far as I can tell, you've done things right.
Only thing I can think of to turn off auto neg on the card and the
switch and instead hard fix settings there. Everytime I heard of weird
things happening with network related things, hard setting speeds and
settings on NICs and switch ports solved them.
