dead server

Hi all I have a 1650 running windows XP doing raid 5 with 3 disks. This
older server suddenly died today so I replaced it with a spare 1650. One of
the drives was also dead on the replaced 1650, so I took the 2 good drives
and put them in the spare 1650.

When the server boots I see the raid 5 setup in critical condition but I
then get a message no boot media found and it will not boot, the bios boot
parameters are correct. I'm wondering if im doing anything wrong or if there
is also something wrong with those drives. When I hit control A I do see the
raid 5 setup and I do accept the drive configuration.

Just trying to get any ideas on what I should try next.
