netstat -i shows tx-errors

Hi,
We've seen the same issue with Cisco catalyst 10/100 switches (5500, 6400, 3548xl and 2924xl mostly). Those never got to autonegotiate correctly 100Base-TX/FD links with any equipment we have thrown at them.
Forcing speed and duplex on both sides cured it.
Never had an issue with autoneg on Nortel and Foundry switches (we had other issues with those, but that's a bit offtopic :).
