netstat -i shows tx-errors

I did some cable-swapping after hours.

I concluded that it was the on the switch end.  Using a different
switch of the same model, everything came up 100-Full.  Different
cables or different ports did not matter.

I'm going to watch my TX-Error and TX-collision values for the next
few days, but hope I have it fixed.

Try a different switch port and/or a different cable.  I have a 2950 and
it's very picky about Cat6 cables!!!
