Here is how I use the CLI tool that comes with OpenManage to set one specific 
disk write cache policy:
omconfig storage vdisk controller=0 writepolicy=wb action=changepolicy vdisk=0

Obviously, every value behind an "=" sign may depend on your needs. For more
