You can only have 64 virtual disks per PERC. I don't think you're going
to hit that anytime soon :)

Subject: PERC 5/i multiple raid10 volumes
Hello,
We have a PE2950 (Perc 5/i) with 1 raid1 volume and raid10 volume. We
would like to add 2 discs and another raid1 volume.
I can't imagine that it will be a problem but someone says that when
raid10 valume is configured there might be some limits to the number
of volumes.
Just to be on the safe side I'm asking here. I gogoled and went threw
some perc docs but I failed to find anything about those limits. Are
there any ?
Thanks in advance for Your help.
