OpenManage web interface and SNMP traps

Do you have a trapsink configured? Once you've added the trapsink and
community name issue, you should be able to run chkconfig snmpd on,
/etc/rc.d/init.d/dataeng enablesnmp, and restart snmpd (service snmpd
restart) to being sending traps.
