OpenManage web interface and SNMP traps

The web interface is available. You'll need to double-check your firewall
rules to ensure port 1311 is open.
You can look at /etc/sysconfig/iptables (assuming firewall is active) to see
if a rule is listed.
As far as configuring SNMP, you might take a look at

Both places discuss configuring SNMP to send errors to a monitoring app
(ITA, Nagios, etc.).
