The packages which are built in the openSUSE Build Service are signed
by a (new-to-Dell) key.

http://linux.dell.com/repo/GPG-KEY-dell-obs

has that key now.

rpm --import http://linux.dell.com/repo/GPG-KEY-dell-obs

should work now.
