DRAC firmware source code

That looks promising!  Is that the source to just the PowerEdge 
diagnostics though, or does it include the full DRAC firmware source, 
with the kernel and other GPL components?

Also, as Kevin Davidson mentioned, GPL software (at least that covered 
by GPLv3) must be user replaceable.  Does that mean there are tools 
included to compile a firmware image that can be reflashed?
