dellmgr doesn't work with recent kernels

Additional information: dellmgr is version 5.31(Oct 08,2003), which I 
believe is the latest. It's extracted from perc-cerc-apps-6.03-A06.tar.gz.

Anyone experiencing the same issues? Does anyone have a working dellmgr 
with a recent (>= 2.6.25) kernel?
