Hi,
i've installed CentOS 5(.2) on a PE2650 and installed OMSA 5.5.
I got the following error message:
ipmi message handler version 39.1

ipmi_smic_drv: smic hosed: smic timed out.
ipmi_smic_drv: smic hosed: smic timed out.
The timeout message repeats itself.
I've found a post on this list regarding 2.6.11 on a PE2650:
http://lists.us.dell.com/pipermail/linux-poweredge/2006-January/024358.html
But thats from 2006. This is 2008 - do i still have to use another
openipmi version? Thought CentOS aka RedHat should be support?
Regards,
Jens
