For Windows servers SNMP is usually preferred. This plugin works with
both SNMP and NRPE, and checks storage (among other things):

Very simple howto:

  check_openmanage -s -C <snmp community> -H <hostname>

Feel free to complain to the author (me) if this plugin doesn't work for
