Hi,
I have a Dell 2850 server with the PCIe riser card option, a PERC 5e,
and a PCI-X, LSI 22320 U320 SCSI card.
I have a single MD1000 on the PERC 5e and currently there is nothing on
the LSI HBA. I want to put a couple of tape
drives on it eventually. The server is running a fully patched RHEL 5.2.
The process dsm_sa_datamgr32 fails
with a segmentation fault when the LSI 22320 is installed. OMSA works
fine when the LSI 22320 is removed.
Is there some way to get OMSA to ignore the LSI 22320 so that I can use
it in my system for tape backup?
I installed OMSA 5.5 (and I also tried 5.3 and 5.4) and it does not come
up. The process dsm_sa_datamgr32 fails
with a segmentation fault when the LSI 22320 is installed. Here is a
