Subject: Openmanage: Power monitoring: differences between PE 1950 and
PE 2950

Hi,

This question is more OpenManage related instead of OS related, hope you

don't mind...

We just received two PE 1950's and one PE 2950. We installed the OS and
Openmanage on all of them (Dell OpenManage server Administrator 5.5.0)..

All is running fine.

We just see one difference. On the PE 2950 the Power Supplies support
"Power Monitoring" and so we can see what the servers are using, the PE
1950's appears not to.

On the website of Dell, they say it is possible with an PE 1950 also, so

what am I doing wrong?

Best regards,

Joost Waversveld
