Distorted video from management console redirect in OMSA?

I'm trying to set up my first server using DRAC. I can successfully
connect to the DRAC with https, but when I click the 'Console' tab, and
'Connect', I get the distorted video screen pictured at
http://www.jhuccp.org/temp/KZ/console2.bmp.

The first time I tried this, I had to load the ActiveX component "Dell
Virtual Keyboard Video Monitor", and after that, got the message "Login
failed, channel access denied." However, when I tried it again, I just
got the distorted video screen.

Anyone know what's happening and how to fix it?
