PERC 5/i Integrated State Degraded

Hi,

I have a problem with the integrated Perc 5/i, it is in degraded state
but the virtual drives are in ready state.

I found that I had to use the omconfig rescan command on this mailing
list but it doesn't work :

omconfig storage controller action=rescan controller=0
Operation not supported. Read, action=rescan
Refer to the documentation for more information.

I don't know what to do now. I heard that the firmware upgrade could be
a solution ?

An idea ?
