Issues with the dell yum repository?

I'm attempting to create a local mirror of the Dell yum repository.  
With rare exceptions, I get this result:

rsync: failed to connect to linux.dell.com: Connection refused (111)
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(122) 
[receiver=3.0.2]

Any idea what is going wrong?  Is there a better place to use to mirror 
from?  Am I doing something wrong?
