Dell OM on RHEL5 Server

When installing for the past few days I get:

WARNING: srvadmin-storage configuration not performed;
         '/etc/omreg.cfg' is missing or damaged.

I've tried all the usual "stuff". Any ideas? This is for an older 2650. 
I'm using yum and the Dell repos.
