Problems enabling SSH on DRAC4

I'm trying to enable SSH on some DRAC4's in my network and I'm having an
issue. Using racadm.exe from a Windows machine I submit the following:

racadm -r <ip of DRAC4> -u <USER> -p <PASS> config -g cfgSerial -o
cfgSerialSshEnable 1

but I get the following in response:

ERROR: specified object name "cfgSerialSshEnable" is not valid

A bunch of googling overnight has revealed nothing

Also a getconfig -g cfgSerial from the DRAC shows the following:

cfgSerialBaudRate=115200
cfgSerialConsoleEnable=0
cfgSerialConsoleQuitKey=<CR>~.
cfgSerialConsoleIdleTimeout=0x12c
cfgSerialConsoleShellType=0x2
cfgSerialConsoleNoAuth=0
cfgSerialConsoleCommand=
cfgSerialTelnetEnable=0
cfgSerialCom2RedirEnable=1
cfgSerialTelnet7fIsBackspace=0

I noticed that there indeed is no cfgSerialSshEnable option in here. Any
reason why it would be missing?
