Falls at the first hurdle. I have two Dell systems I can test this on.
The one with 10.3 is a 2500 which is not supported by recent versions
of OMSA as far as I can tell. The other has 10.2. Zypper has a
slightly different syntax: "zypper ar" is an error. I try "zypper
sa" (service add instead of addrepo) and the link given is wrong - it
does not exist

There's no dell-hw-indep in there. But the intention is just to get
the the SystemID so that the right two repositories are added - hw-
independent and the one specific to the server. I already have the
repositories added, but neither YaST nor zypper can see any packages
there.
