mptscsi hiccup on CentOS 5.1 x86-64?

Anyone seen anything like this before?  This occurred smack in the
middle of a test upgrade to Legato, specifically when the indices are
upgraded/checked.  It's a dell 2850, with raid disabled.  The entire
box ground to a halt (not even the caps lock light responded) then
un-hung itself about a minute later and dumped a bunch of stuff in
dmesg (below.)  During the hang, the activity lights for the system
mirror (2x) drives were 'stuck' on, as was one drive on the 4x RAID10.
 All drives recently passed quite a bit of burn-in testing; multiple
linux-md syncs, several extended SMART tests, etc.  The box itself was
used recently in another project and performed flawlessly- and hasn't
been touched save new drives. The system is fully up to date with
CentOS 5.1

Hasn't been a good week for Linux and disk storage; I've got a box at
home with 6x drives in RAID0 and 6...that crashes hard whenever I give
it too much to 'think' about disk-wise.  Ugh.
