Maybe Voltage #0x11 is the main board (or some other) battery? If not then it is possible that a voltage sensor or voltage regulator is bad, but this 20 second interval is strange... Anyway I would try to start it from CDROM or network without HDDs, and any optional cards that might be plugged in, if this is possible in yours situation.
