Probably means the mb was replaced at some point.
The only option is to get someone local to read the tags to you.
Then search support.dell.com for 'asset.com' -- put it on a bootable floppy and have that same person program the tag.
If you have a drac in the 1950's, you can use virtual floppy to flash it remotely, but you still need [someone] to read the tag from the chassis.
