Voltage #0x11

I just got a refurbished PowerEdge 840. I noticed the light on the front
was orange. When I looked at the sel log through ipmitool, I found the
log was full, so I reset the log file. It instantly started filling up
with notices about "Voltage #0x11" as you can see below. Everything
appears to be working, but clearly something isn't right. Where should I
be looking to fix this?
