Can racadm tell me if DRAC network port has a link?

My DRAC is offline (at a remote location with nary a geek in sight)
but the host is OK. Are there any options from within the host OS to
show if the DRAC network jack has an active link? I just hate making
non-techies mess around with my server rack.

racadm getsysinfo shows the proper network configuration.

racadm racreset appears to successfully reboot the DRAC, but I still
can't ping the IP or connect to the Web UI.
