DKMS + megaraid update for PE1950 running RHEL5 ?

My problem is that the driver seems to be already installed, but not loaded ... :

Hello,

I want to update a PE1950 as OMSA gives me an alert concerning a too old megaraid driver message..

What should I do ? I'm not a linux Guru and it's a production server  ;-((
