errors? on OMSA RPM install on CentOS5

Ok, that makes sense, then. Your original install failure was due to
a DUP that left some RPMs installed (and installed in an
incorrect place, at that, using --prefix=/tmp/dellupdatepackage...).

There isnt much I can do in any of my scripting to guard against this.
(And yes, the firmware-tools DUP packages can run into the same issue,
unfortunately.) ***DUP rant redacted***

Thanks for the information. I really wanted to get to the bottom of your
failure because it was a very wierd situation I had not seen before. So
now I know the proper way to fix this if somebody else runs into it.
