megaraid_sas driver version 3.10<->3.13

After the upgrade, Dell OpenManage Server Administrator's web interface 
reports this in the alert log for a server which I operate (PE 2950):

   The current driver version 00.00.03.10 (megaraid_sas) 
   is older than the required driver version 00.00.03.13 
   (megaraid_sas) for a controller of model 0x1F03: 
   Controller 0 (PERC 5/i Integrated)

I would very much like to simply keep using the operating system's built-
in drivers (RHEL 5 with all updates).

How seriously should I treat the warning? What has happened between v. 
3.10 and 3.13 of the megaraid_sas driver?
