I've bought from http://discountechnology.com with
no issues.

Here is some other info for our newest 1950 and 2950s:

SATA drives preinstalled by Dell come with a caddy
marked "SATA" on the right rail (part number H9122).
It has two holes for screws. I assume the same rail
would work for a normal 3.5" SAS drive too.

SAS drives preinstalled by Dell come with a caddy
marked "SAS/SATAu" on the right rail (part number
F9541). It has four holes for screws, two marked
SAS and two marked SATAu. For a regular 3.5" SATA
drive you can use the "SAS" holes, I have in fact
done this.

In both cases the left rail part of the caddy is
the same and is marked with DP/N MF666.

I could not find a way to buy bare trays from Dell,
but they do have some cheap w/ SATA drives.
