Extending Virtual Disk and LVM online.

FYI all, ended up having to reboot to get fdisk to see the new space.
Oh well.
Anyways, due to how things are partitioned on this system (wasn't set
up by me! :), it doesn't look like I'm out of the woods yet:

Awesome. No more primary partitions left and the extended partition is
too small. So I either need to grow the extended partition or one of
the LVM primary partitions.
And why there are two identically sized LVM primary partitions (on the
same virtual disk mind you) is beyond me!
