DRAC Traps - Hex-String OID value types in the 3183 SNMP MIB?

All:
I've got the MIB-Dell-10892, DELL_ASF-MIB (3138), DELL-RAC-MIB and
friends loaded, but that doesn't help since the OID value types are hex,
and the hex values don't seem to convert into ASCII or UTF8.
A coworker of mine thought that maybe they were proprietary and meant to
be passed off to the OMSA AgentX/SMUX subagent.
That would really be a killjoy. Thoughts?
