Have you followed the steps in the users guide to setup out of band  
management of the storage array? You'll need to follow these steps  
before the storage administrator software will be able to find the  
array and let you configure the target ip addresses. Which are the ip  
addresses the 2950III nics will talk iscis to.

Once you've configured the target addresses you can configure the  
addresses on your dedicated iscsi nics on the 2950III then things  
should proceed nicely!

I'd print the PDF of the user guide and have a good read. It explains  
all the options and how to setup everything from linux.
