Help with md3000i

I just unpacked a new 2950 III and MD3000i. I also obtained a couple
Intel Gigabit cards for iSCSI redundancy. As soon as the hardware was
out of the box, I powered on the 3000i, used a crossover cable between the
2950 and 3000i, and installed CentOS 5.0, then the 3000i software from the
included CD.

No matter what I've tried, from the included poster-size instructions, I
cannot get the 2950 to see the 3000. There are references to the target
being 192.168.13x,y, and I tried configuring my Intel cards with the same
subnets, with different hosts, but nothing. I haven't tried a ping, test,
though. I also haven't tried a hub, but the crossover cable should
negate the need for a hub. The shortcut on the desktop from the included
software cannot find the 3000i.

chkconfig confirms the iscsi service is running.

I'm brand new to the iscsi arena. What else should I be looking for?
What else am I missing? I've spent a decent part of a couple of days
between experimentation, looking at the limited documenation, and
searching the web. Dell has some online help that doesn't seem like it
came with what I received.

Any insight/help is requested and appreciated.

Thanks.

Scott
