Additionally to this are the following messages:

ipmi_si: Trying SMBIOS-specified smic state machine at i/o address 0xecf4, slave address 0x20, irq 0
ipmi: Found new BMC (man_id: 0x0002a2,  prod_id: 0x0000, dev_id: 0x00)
  IPMI smic interface initialized
ACPI: PCI Interrupt 0000:00:04.2[C] -> GSI 27 (level, low) -> IRQ 209
ipmi_si: Trying PCI-specified smic state machine at i/o address 0xecf4, slave address 0x0, irq 209
ipmi_si: duplicate interface
ACPI: PCI interrupt for device 0000:00:04.2 disabled
ipmi_si: probe of 0000:00:04.2 failed with error -16

Can anyone please shed any light on which version of OMSA will work with a
2650 with RHEL 5 (32 bit) on it?

With thanks,

Ben
