64bit etch poweredge PowerEdge 2950 scsi error

as i suggested, try kernel 2.6.26 ( or 2.6.25 from lenny ) 

when you put load on the controller ( sas 6i/R ) then your file
system wil go in readonly mode.

i spend about 2 weeks of testing with this and the problem is
the latest controllers firmware. ( from kernel.org git listings ) 

but you can try but dont say i didnt warn you.

eventually i installed xen expres 4.1 
this worked soso... when not stressing the servers controllers/harddisk
it works, but when stressed, same errors and filesystem to read only.

but good luck anyway.
