64bit etch poweredge PowerEdge 2950 scsi error

Hi Peeps,

We've installed 2 new poweredges and they're both erroring with this:-

Jul  3 04:13:29 csppmweb03a kernel: FAILED

Jul  3 04:13:29 csppmweb03a kernel: <6>sd: Current: sense key: Illegal Request
Jul  3 04:13:29 csppmweb03a kernel: Additional sense: Invalid command operation code
Jul  3 04:13:29 csppmweb03a kernel: FAILED

Any ideas?
