Sure.  Since this is a linux mailing list, you're running linux on
everything, right?  I'd rsync everything to the disaster recovery site. 
Won't be much bandwidth after the first one.  Actually, I basically do
this with small Windows sites, requiring that anything to be backed up be
kept on the Linux Samba server, and rsync that offsite nightly.
