Backkup solution

Hi,
It depends on how the data is stored. If every user save their content 
on their local machine, you will need a backup agent on every machine. 
There are tools that does this automatically and encrypted over Internet.

If everything is stored on the servers you can use the same method - 
backup over Internet. As long as you do a thourough background-check of 
the hosting company, everthing should be fine.

Be sure to encrypt the sensitive data.
