Error installing OMSA under CentOS using yum and Dell hardware reponsitory

I don't believe the repos supported 4th gen servers. You may have to
install via the managed node download from the Dell support site. I think
the cut-off was somewhere in the 5th to 6th gen range, but I'm not entirely
certain. Maybe someone else could speak to this.
