Dell "Seed" Program

Anyone have contact details for an account manager in the United
Kingdom who is clued up on this sort of stuff?  Odd place to ask, I
know, but I've not dealt with "the beast" (aka: Sales at Dell) for >12
months now and am thus a bit out of touch.  Some 'cheap' servers to
evaluate whether niggly bugs were fixed in recent hardware iterations
would be neat though ;)
