Installation of Dell network driver from dell-hardware-auto repository on CentOS 5

Hi Brian,
I have following kernel and dkms related packages installed:
kernel.x86_64 2.6.18-92.1.6.el5 installed
kernel.x86_64 2.6.18-92.1.1.el5 installed
kernel.x86_64 2.6.18-53.1.21.el5 installed
kernel-devel.x86_64 2.6.18-53.1.21.el5 installed
kernel-devel.x86_64 2.6.18-92.1.6.el5 installed
kernel-devel.x86_64 2.6.18-92.1.1.el5 installed
kernel-headers.x86_64 2.6.18-92.1.6.el5 installed
dkms.noarch 2.0.17-1.el5 installed
Do I need any of these?
kernel-debug.x86_64 2.6.18-92.1.6.el5 updates
kernel-debug-devel.x86_64 2.6.18-92.1.6.el5 updates
yum-kernel-module.noarch 1.1.10-9.el5.centos base
